Barmaid for 4 years, she took advantage of the pandemic to try different jobs like telephonist and delivery.
She also took the initiate to make the bar menu and upgrades to our terrasse to make sure we're THE place this summer!

Many of our employees are also students so there is always a moment where they leave to go work in their field of study.
It's the case for Émile, who's leaving after 3 years of hard work, much laughter and many memories with us. He is now going into finances, where we're sure he'll make a splash!
